Lifts also enable people with limited mobility to move comfortably between the shopping area and the parking deck. In addition, marked disabled parking spaces are available in front of the centre entrance.

Numerous bicycle racks are available at the centre entrance/ parking deck.

You need a taxi? One call is enough. You can order a taxi yourself at the centre information desk in Kaufpark Dresden or the friendly service staff will do it for you free of charge.

You will find our free customer WCs for ladies / gentlemen and for the disabled temporarily in the basement/outdoor area. Please follow the signs.

You will receive the full service of our postal agency in the PWV Press Shop from 20 September 2023. Of course you can also get stamps there.

For your safety, we have a center patrol on duty. Our security staff are also happy to be there for you as a service partner.
